ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your
dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order and refund you in full — for
example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or where we suspect fraud.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable duties. Sales tax is
calculated at checkout where required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is
taken when you place the order.

ACCURACY
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours vary
between screens, and apparel sizing is noted on each product page. A product
page is not a warranty beyond what is written in our guarantee.

LIABILITY
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise
our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Sport
