How quickly will my order arrive?
Standard shipping arrives in three to seven business days, priority in two to four. Everything is tracked door to door, and orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are processed the same day.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order over $75. Below that it is a flat $8.95, and priority is $19.95 at any basket size. There is nothing else added at checkout — no handling fee, no duties to settle at your door.
What if the size is wrong?
Send it back within 30 days — free, in both directions. There is no restocking fee and we do not ask why. Exchanges are dispatched the moment your return is scanned by the carrier, so you are not waiting twice. Our apparel runs small against US sizing, so if you are between sizes, take the larger one.
What does the 12-month guarantee cover?
Manufacturing defects and material failure — frame cracks not caused by impact, seam and zip failure on bags, stitching and print failure on apparel, and loss of vacuum insulation on bottles. Normal wear, impact damage and string breakage are not covered, because those are the game rather than the product.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and every major card. We never see or store your card details.
