A racket that has been played with is not returnable, but a manufacturing fault is always covered by the 12-month guarantee.

Before you post it
Who pays for return shipping?
We do, in both directions, anywhere in the United States. There is no restocking fee and no deduction from your refund.
How fast is an exchange?
The replacement is dispatched the moment the carrier scans your return — not when it arrives with us. In practice that is one to two days after you post it.
When does the money actually arrive?
We issue the refund within one business day of receiving the parcel. Your bank then takes five to ten days, which is out of our hands.
Can I return part of a bundle?
Bundles come back whole, because the price depends on the set. Swapping a size within the bundle is free and unlimited.
I lost the box.
Any box will do, as long as the piece is protected. Do not post apparel in an envelope without a bag around it.
