Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

RATES
Orders over $75: free standard shipping.
Orders under $75: flat $8.95 standard.
Priority shipping: $19.95, at any basket size.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard: 3-7 business days.
Priority: 2-4 business days.
These are delivery windows after dispatch, not including the processing time
below.

PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are processed the same day.
Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, are processed the next business day.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Every order is tracked door to door.

DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES
Some items are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partners. Where that
applies, any duties or import charges are paid by us. You will never be asked
to pay a courier at your door, and the total you see at checkout is the total
you pay.

DELAYS
Carrier delays, weather and public holidays are outside our control. If your
order has not moved for five business days, email thecourtandclub@gmail.com
and we will chase it or replace it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the
address was wrong, we reship it once at no charge.
