The honest answers
Will I be charged duties or customs?
No. US orders ship duty-paid. There is nothing to settle with a courier at your door, and nothing added after checkout.
My tracking has not updated.
Carriers sometimes scan late. If nothing has moved in three business days, write to us with your order number — we chase it, not you.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, until the order is packed. After that the carrier controls it, though most will let you redirect from the tracking page.
Do you ship on weekends?
Carriers collect Monday to Friday. An order placed on Saturday leaves Monday morning.
