Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return anything you
bought from us. We do not ask why.

WHAT WE COVER
Return shipping is free, in both directions, anywhere in the United States.
There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are dispatched the moment your return is
scanned by the carrier, so you are not waiting twice.

CONDITION
Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with any tags attached. Balls,
grips, overgrips and dampeners must be unopened. We cannot accept items
damaged by play, which is normal wear rather than a fault.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email thecourtandclub@gmail.com with your order number and which items you are
sending back. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label.

REFUNDS
Once your return is scanned by the carrier we issue the refund to your
original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 5-10 business
days. Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are refunded in full.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30
days and we cover everything, including return postage. See also our 12-month

CANCELLING
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Email us and we will stop
it. Once it has shipped, use the returns process above.
